The “All-on-4” methodology is one of the world's most famous methods of implantation and prosthetics. With the help of this method, all teeth of one jaw are restored on just 4 implants. This radically changes the entire course of treatment, time and cost.
With this technique, the remaining teeth of the jaw are removed and 4 implants are inserted, and a new, comfortable denture that fully performs the chewing function is fixed on them.
This method allows you to reduce the amount of surgical procedures and avoid complex bone extension operations. This is a great alternative to avoid the uncomfortable wearing of a removable prosthesis. Teeth restored by this method are extremely stable and non-removable, therefore they do not cause discomfort when chewing, in contrast to removable dentures - plates.
The unique “All-on-4” treatment methodology can be applied in the following cases:
In patients who have lost 6 or more teeth in one jaw with inadequate segmental prosthetics; When periodontitis causes the patient's teeth to become floppy; As an alternative for patients who wear dental plates or other removable dentures.
With the loss of teeth, the chewing function is not performed qualitatively, which leads to digestive problems, headaches can begin due to the changed bite, the jaw bone disappears, and other health problems may appear. The appearance also changes - lips, cheeks tighten, wrinkles appear. When we lose our teeth, we avoid smiling.
Treatment begins with a thorough examination of the condition of the teeth and consultation of a specialist. The total duration of treatment depends on the individual case of each patient, but often just 3 steps are sufficient.
We assess each case individually and adapt to the financial possibilities of the patient. For this purpose, an extremely flexible system of payment for services is applied. Do not delay treatment because of finances, we assure you - together we always find a compromise.

Even if the bone tissue has resorbed, it’s not a final verdict. The surgeon will assess the possibility of restoring the bone structure (through bone augmentation). The need for additional surgery and its cost will be evaluated during the initial consultation.
Typically, this method allows for the restoration of 10 to 12 teeth in one jaw using a prosthesis.
This is one of the most common fears among patients. Local anesthesia is sufficient for the implantation procedure, and inserting the implant takes only about 15 minutes—with no discomfort. If the patient prefers “psychological anesthesia” as well, sedation (medication-induced relaxation) can be used.
If the situation is favorable, the dental prosthesis can be fixed onto the implants within 7–10 business days. In other cases, a healing period determined by the doctor may be required. Each case is evaluated individually to find the safest and most convenient method for the patient.
This is one of the biggest advantages of the method. Fixed prosthetics offer both aesthetics and comfort. No one would suspect the patient is wearing a prosthesis, and the patient feels comfortable eating, speaking, and smiling.
